Avoid sun exposure for at least 2 weeks prior. Do not use any self-tanning products for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment. Shave the area 24 hours before, avoid retinols and/or bleaching creams in area for 2 weeks prior to treatment. Come to your appointment with the area clean.
Avoid scented lotions or anything that can cause irritation for 48 hours. Do not exercise for 24 hours. Wear sunscreen on treated areas. A cold compresses on the area and aloe vera gel can be applied if needed. Redness and bumps are normal. For best results, keep your sessions consistent with your laser technician’s recommendations.
